She’s not really buried, it just looks like she is. Meadow is a stray that lives in our yard; she isn’t tame enough to be a house cat. We always feel bad for her when the weather is like this, but she keeps warm under the decks and in a crate we put out for her.

Guess what I saw?

I was on my way home yesterday, and went past a supermarket. The Wienermobile was parked in the lot. I just had to stop!

In other auto news, I saw this the other day:

I think it’s a joke, because it doesn’t specify a county. But it was even more amusing since they had a real sticker about their kid from a local high school on the other side.

February 15-21, 2009

Saturday was the last half marathon training run. The majority of the class will be running our club’s half marathon on March 1. I’ll be volunteering at that race, but I’ll be running the Disney Princess Half Marathon the following week.

Training has gone well, and I’m feeling very prepared. As usual, we started our run from Jonas Green Park and headed up to the B&A; Trail.

It was chilly but sunny, and I decided to take some pictures from the park when I was finished with my 10 mile run.

And finally, I’ll leave you with Jeter again. Cats can nap in some strange places!
