I didn’t have a lot of down time this week.
The community chorale I sing with performed “Aida” this weekend and I had rehearsals almost every night. Plus, my parents came for the weekend to see it. I had to clean my house during every spare moment instead of photograph my kitties!
I did manage to sneak outside for a few minutes yesterday to snap a few photos.

I love the agapanthas photo! Beautiful! They’re my favourite flower in the garden and so easy to grow here because they’re indigenous to South Africa.

OH, the lilacs! I can almost smell them. That’s one of the reasons I hate California…no lilacs. Sigh…

Lilacs are my absolute favorite! Sadly this year we are going to be vacationing in the Outer Banks and I think we are going to miss them being in bloom.
