So I spent the first part of the week in Virginia Beach, but I don’t have much to show for it. We saw the B-52s perform on the beach Sunday night … but we far away and my photos are really bad.

I did get some shots at the Billy Idol show the night before that were slightly less crappy, but that would have been for last week. I had to go to bed after the show and couldn’t edit any more photos. I’ll have to do a follow-up post later with some concert details.

Anyway, the only shot I feel like sharing from the beach is this slutty pirate from “Pirate’s Paradise” mini-golf. We played there last year, too, and had to return for a rematch! (Uh, I lost both. But I was really close this year!)

Here she is. Not exactly a great photo, but it makes me laugh.

It’s obvious that she would struggle with a bra, but I wonder how she tied the knot in her shirt?

The kitties fill out the rest of my “Weekly Winners” slots.

I spent a good chunk of time Saturday on the couch with Jeter, waiting out the “tropical storm.” (Just a lot of rain around here.)

He looks all sweet and cuddly, but it can get a little painful. Sometimes he gets grabby.

But he usually gets away with it because he’s so cute!

  5. Love the kitty shots…a question for you. We just put a new collar and tag on my 2 year old cat Rex and it has left him severely traumatized. We’re not sure why but changing the collar was on Thursday night and he has been hiding ever since. He refuses to be touched and I’ve only see him eat twice…once from some canned food and once some tuna. He even peed once on the floor, which he has never done. Do you have any idea why he’s so freaked over a new collar (and we did check and it’s not too tight).

  17. Hehehe, the slutty pirate is hilarious! You know that I love the meows. Each one. Mine do that, too, where they can be all sweet one minute and giving love bites the next. Sometimes they are playing, and sometimes I think they are really cranky. Adorable shots!
