But I know what the other things are that I need to buy. One will be very easy, since I know exactly what I’m getting and which store carries it. The other is the difficult item I couldn’t find last night which I may just give up on. If I have time, I will stop at the mall to try one more store tomorrow.

I’ll be off work, but I still have some running around to do, and will be stopping by the office to make sure the office move is going OK.

Oops, one more thing I need to pick up, I wanted to get a little something for my boss since he gave me two bottles of wine. He’s never done that before, and I wasn’t prepared to reciprocate.

Prior to finalizing my shopping tonight, I was trying to buy something for myself. Ann Taylor LOFT has been having a buy one / get one 50% off on everything in the store, plus I have a $25 coupon off a $50 purchase that will be expiring soon. I figured it’d be a good time to buy some jeans that are normally out of my price range (unless they are on sale).

I must have tried on 20 pairs of pants tonight, and the only one that fit well was a dressy tweed pair. They would have been really beautiful, if they didn’t have front pleats. Why did they have to go and ruin a perfectly lovely pair of pants?

So frustrating … so, I’m mad at them right now. Maybe I’ll try to forgive them before my coupon expires. Either that, or I’ll return a pair of pants from them that I haven’t worn yet. They’re on the same receipt that earned me the coupon.

I was a little iffy about those pants, anyway.
